How Does Your Web Design Process Work?
We will create Initial Designs for you to evaluate on screen as a site "Mock-up". Once a design is decided upon, we begin the Web Development, at this stage, the actual website construction has begun. When the site is complete, you will be able to view all pages and submit any last changes and give Final Approval before the site goes live.
After final approval and payment has been received, your website will be Launched! and live for all the world to see!!
After launch we can establish a regular review and maintenance schedule, to accommodate your requests, system upgrades and any new emerging web technologies. We will register your new website with the search engines and update information behind the scenes to make your site more visible on the internet.
What do we need to provide for the website construction to commence?
Initially we require your company logo and some basic information to help us produce our 1st stage designs. For the next stage we need all the information that you would like on your site including text, photographs, samples of work etc., so we can proceed with the development stage. If you do not have text written or a company logo, these can be provided for you at an extra cost...
Can I have a site that looks like this?
If you have an example you would like us to follow, we will of course take it seriously and refine it to retain your individuality.

Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?
Yes, this can be done by several methods, but please note there will be a nominal fee for this service.
Can you host our website and register our domain name?
Yes, is the simple answer. Domain registration and transfers will incur some nominal fees. We do not generally host third party websites and often this will be more economical for an individual creating their own site, but we can do this.
What is your typical turn around period?
This seems to revolve more around you, with all information supplied we can turn a reasonable size website around very quickly, from 7 days depending on size and function or quicker with incentive.
Do I have to host with you?
No, but choosing to host with us is makes things simpler, as we take care of all the technical aspects of managing your account and it means you have just one point of contact for your web presence. Different hosts have different software and methods for management, so if we find ourselves on a learning curve or feel the control is too limited, we may refuse your choice of host or you may incur extra costs.

Do you offer payment plans and how do we pay digitalflo?
A deposit of 50% to be paid before we start, and the balance to be paid the day the site goes live or a maximum of three months from the date of the original contract, whichever is sooner. This payment plan helps us to keep our website construction more affordable. We can accept credit cards through Paypal, although it is generally more secure to just post us a cheque.
